 For Public Events 

•  (Limiting booking due to being understaffed), guests individually pay for their own meals, food truck is open to the public, must guarantee at least 75 guests in attendance
• Public events limited to Alachua County and surrounding areas 

For Private Events 

• Minimum required for all private bookings  (limiting booking due to being understaffed)
• Either guests or the HOST starts an open tab for payment at the end of service. Host is required to pay the rest of the tab if minimum is not met!
• $250 deposit to secure a date/time of event
• 3 hour minimum of service (includes setup time)

       Criteria for Private Events 

• $1250 sale minimum for events hosted Monday-Thursday
• $1500 sale minimum for events hosted Friday-Saturday
• $1750 sale minimum for events hosted Sunday (Sunday with limited availability) 
• All private events costs $45-$65 per hour (on top of sale minimum being met) and will include 2-3 staff members, a canopy, lights, and decor (depending on weather)
• Automatic 18% Gratuity Fee is added on for all PRIVATE events
• Travel Fee: First 5 miles FREE, $1.75 per mile after the first 5 miles 

For Public Events: a full comprehensive menu will be brought out to serve the public depending on what items are in stock and ready to serve!

• This may include drinks, Elote, or any other seasonal items

To ensure the maximum experience of your party guests, we suggest providing a LIMITED MENU, that caters to your party's demographic! It is best to bring enough of what everybody enjoys, rather than run out of a crowd favorite item or protein choice! You know your party guests best!

• Entrees (prices vary depending on protein choice) 
• $100: Cocktail Table: Sides of Chips & Dip (three salsa choices, guacamole, queso blanco)

                   - can be ordered individually with a cashier, pre-portioned into cups and bags, or be       ordered by the pound to accommodate a salsa bar. (32 oz feeds 10-12 people)
